Bill Beckett spoke with director Twyla Robinson along with Mary Ellen Kidd who takes the lead role of Susannah and Aiden Poling who appear in the role of “Little Bat,” when the Marjorie Lyons Playhouse and Hurley School of Music collaborate to bring “Susannah” to the stage at Centenary on Thursday, April 14th at 7:30 p.m., and there will be a 2:00 p.m. matinee on Saturday, April 16.

Red River Radio Spotlight: Twyla Robinson in Concert

Aired Friday, March 28 at 12 noon. Kermit Poling spoke with Soprano Twyla Robinson and pianist Jerome Tan about their upcoming recitals at the Hurley School of Music on the Centenary College Campus. The first concert is Sunday, March 30 at 3 p.m and the second will take place on Thursday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m. 

Bill Beckett spoke with pianist Asiya Korepanova and Dr. Lester Senter Wilson, the Executive Director of the Wideman International Piano Competition about the Shreveport Symphony Orchestra’s concert on Saturday, November 16 at 7:30 pm in Riverview Theatre. The concert features Asiya Korepanova in the Burlekse by Richard Strauss and Twyla Robinson in the Four Last Songs of Richard Strauss as well as his tone poem Don Juan.
