History Matters: Shreveport's Booker T. Washington High gets listed on National Register

Shreveport's Booker T. Washington High School has achieved an important distinction. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in July. Commentator Gary Joiner explains the teamwork involved on the path to earning this designation.
