Establishing a life post-Katrina

Former New Orleans resident Duc Duong used to live in an apartment overlooking the 17th Street Canal. After Hurricane Katrina, he moved to Bossier City, about 350 miles away from New Orleans. He established a successful restaurant in Bossier City and said he doesn't intend to return to New Orleans.
