BOSSIER PARISH SCHOOLS- Bossier Parish is one of the fastest growing parishes in Louisiana which has boosted public school enrollment to more than 700 students this year than last year.   While other school districts are facing poor academic performance,  Bossier school students average higher ACT scores compared statewide.  Recently school officials have announced expansion of hybrid Virtual Learning Programs where non-traditional students can take classes online and still receive teacher assistance when needed.
