This week in our Concert Hour, Iris Dement take the stage at the Newport Folk Festival 2013, and in our final hour we'll seek answers to One Simple Question. Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, Joe Ely and Chris Smither will also be featured. Then in our second hour we have Nora Jones live at Bonnoroo and in our final hour we seek whatever remains with music by The To Be Good Tanyas, Wailin' Jenny's, William Ackerman, Augustines, Terra Naomi, and Rose Polenzani.
Airs Friday, April 4 at 9 p.m. This week on the Caravan we feature new music from Arc Iris, Chris Thile & Michael Daves, Yarn, and the Boreal Sons plus tracks from Townes Van Zandt, Diana Krall, the Carolina Chocolate Drops, Robert Deeble and Chris Thomas King. Then in our concert hour, we travel to SXSW in Austin for a double bill featuring Youth Lagoon live at Stubbs and the R & B sounds of Kelis will also be featured live from Stubbs. Then, in our final hour we'll wander to The Other side of Daybreak.

This week on the Caravan we'll start out with a folky bluesy first hour featuring tunes from Verlon Thompson & Guy Clark, Reverend Charley's Patent Medicine Show & Chris Thomas King, Buddy Flett & Hubert Sumlin, and we'll throw is some Townes Van Zandt & Pink Anderson as well. Then in our second hour we'll bring you a concert from the 2013 Newport Folk Festival featuring Old Crow Medicine Show and in our final hour we'll Bendin' Like a Willow Tree.
