Louisiana lawmakers and business owners are gathering in Bossier City today to be debriefed on the 2015 state legislative session that ended one week ago.

Stephen Waguespack, the president of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, will give his views on how the state’s new budget will impact the economy. Area chambers of commerce are hosting today’s summit. Waguespack is worried about how new tax policies will impact businesses, from mom-and-pop establishments to large corporations that have set up shop in Louisiana.
