Airs Wednesday, December 7, at 6 p.m. Bill Beckett spoke with Father Peter Mangum, Rector for the Cathedral of St John Berchmans, who joined us in our Noel Foundation Studio to discuss the “enshrined heart of Saint John Berchmans” which will travel outside of its homeland of Belgium to St. John Berchmans Cathedral in Shreveport. The Heart will arrive on Thursday, December 8th and remain on display until December 18th.

Aired Friday, October 21, at 11 a.m. Kermit Poling spoke with Music Director Michael Butterman from the Shreveport Symphony along with guest artists Greg Anderson and Elizabeth Joy Roe about the next concert with the Shreveport Symphony, Saturday, October 22, at 7:30 p.m. in Riverview Theater. They will perform Poulenc’s Concerto for Two Pianos and Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. The concert also includes Rusty Air in Carolina by Mason Bates and Stravinsky’s Pulcinella Suite.
