Airs Friday, January 9 at 9 p.m.  This week on the Caravan we'll feature new music from One Mile An Hour and the Be Good Tanyas plus tracks from Myshkin's Ruby Warbler, Patty Griffin, Andrew Bird, Michael Hedges, Maggie Koerner along with Blues from Odetta and Lizz Wright. Then, in our concert hour we'll join Emmylou Harris live at the Newport Folk Festival in in our final hour we'll wander Gently Off The Edge.

Airs Friday, November 7 at 9 p.m.  This week on the Caravan we take trip in our First Hour with Bob Tracy as he and Lee Roundtree host and hour of works by indie artist in a program they call "Black -n- Blues. Then we'll hear a concert from the 2013 South by Southwest music festival featuring Alt J on the stage at the NPR Music Showcase held in Stubbs in Austin, ... and then in our final hour we search for the "Solace of a Prayer" with tracks from Patty Griffin, Martha Scanlan, The Eric Underwood Band, Pink Floyd, Erica Wheeler, and Bob Marley.

Then in our concert hour we'll hear some tight four part harmonies from The Trishas, recorded Live at the Divide and in our final hour we'll walk in The Black Cat's Footsteps with cuts by Ulla Pirttijarvi, Anouar Brahem, Richard & Linda Thompson, Bill Miller, Gemma Hayes and Beth Orton.
