Airs Tuesday, January 28 at 8 p.m. On Tuesday, January 28, President Obama delivers his State of the Union address and is expected to address income inequality, immigration and education as key topics. Red River Radio and NPR News will provide full coverage hosted by Robert Siegel who will be joined by White House Correspondent Tamara Keith, National Political Correspondent Mara Liasson and Senior Washington Editor Ron Elving.  We will also have analysis of the speeches from Ramesh Ponnuru, Senior Editor of National Review magazine and EJ Dionne, columnist at the Washington Post as well as NPR reporters. NPR will also cover the Republican response to President Obama's State Of The Union Address with analysis.

Airs Tuesday, September 10 at 8 p.m. President Obama will address the nation Tuesday night at 8 p.m. CT on the situation in Syria. He will present to the nation his case for military action against Syria. Red River Radio & NPR news will provide full coverage and analysis of the President's address. Audie Cornish will host our coverage and will be joined by NPR Correspondent Mara Liasson, Pentagon Correspondent Tom Bowman, Senior Washington Editor Ron Elving, and Congressional Correspondent Tamara Keith will join from Capitol Hill. 

Airs Wednesday, August 28 at 11 a.m. The 50th Anniversary Of The March On Washington is Wednesday, March 28 and Red River Radio will bring you special coverage of the days events from NPR News and WBUR in Boston during this day of commemoration. Special speakers include Representative John Lewis, President Jimmy Carter, President Bill Clinton, Members of the King family, and President Obama. Robin Young and Jeremy Hobson will host this coverage and will be joined from the Mall by Hansi Lo Wang of NPR’s Code Switch Team and NPR reporter Allison Keyes. White House Correspondent Ari Shapiro will also report during the afternoon. NPR’s Senior Washington Editor Ron Elving and Professor Julian Zelizer from Princeton will also join Robin and Jeremy for special coverage.

Airs Monday, January 21 at 9 am. Red River Radio will join NPR news for special live coverage of the Inauguration of President Barack Obama.  Steve Inskeep and Audie Cornish will host this special from the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Building, where the Inaugural ceremony will take place. They'll be joined there by White House Correspondents Ari Shapiro and Scott Horsley.
