Airs Monday, August 7, 2017, at 1 p.m. The San Francisco Symphony continues its season of broadcast concerts as Music Director Michael Tilson Thomas leads the orchestra the Serenade in E-flat major, Opus 7 by Richard Strauss, Schumann's Spring Symphony, the Symphony No. 1 in B-flat major, and Ein Heldenleben by Strauss. Soprano Laura Claycomb will also be featured in the Brentano Lieder, Opus 68 by Richard Strauss.

Airs Monday, May 5 at 11 a.m. On this week's concert by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra music director Manfred Honeck will be joined on stage by soprano Laura Claycomb and mezzo-soprano Gerhild Romberger with the Chamber Choir of the Palau de la Musica and Orfeo Catala for a performance of Gustav Mahler’s monumental Symphony No. 2, “Resurrection.”
