Airs Thursday, October 27, at 6 p.m. Anger is a natural emotion, but left unchecked, it can affect mental and physical health. Dr. Mark Vigen, psychologist, will host Health Matters: Mental Health Edition, Thursday at 6 p.m., alongside Dr. Shelley Visconte, licensed counselor and marriage and family therapist, to talk about understanding and managing anger. Licensed Professional Counselor Greg Guerin will be our guest along with two guests from Active Recovery: Amanda Veuleman, Care Coordinator, and Cheven Bonnell, licensed social worker.
