Airs Monday, January 20 at 11 a.m. This week on the San Francisco Symphony, maestro Stephane Deneve takes the podium and is joined by pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet for a performance of the Piano Concerto No. 5, Op. 103, the "Egyptian" by Camille Saint-Saens. The Roman Carnival Overture by Berlioz will open the concert and Roussel's Le Festub de l'araignee, Op. 17 will conclude.

Airs Monday, January 13 at 11 a.m. This week on the San Francisco Symphony violnist Itzhak Perlman will be featured as soloist and conductor in Summer & Winter from Vivaldi's Four Seasons. He will also lead the orchestra in Mozart's Symphony No. 38 in D Major, K. 504 and Tchiakovsky's Symphony No. 4 in F Minor, Opus 36. The concert will conclude with the Roman Carnival Overture by Berlioz.

Airs Monday, December 30 at 11 a.m. On this week's concert from the San Francisco Symphony, Edo de Waart leads the orchestra with pianist Simon Trpceski in Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 4 in G minor, Op. 40. The concert opens with  Schreker's Prelude to Act 1 of Die Gezeichneten and closes with the Symphony No. 3 in C minor, Op. 78 by Saint-Saens. From the archives we'll also hear Respighi's Pines of Rome and the Introduction from Romeo et Juliet by Berlioz.

Airs Saturday, September 7 at 12 noon. This week on the Cleveland Orchestra James Feddeck takes the podium with bassoonist John Clouser as soloist in Mozart's Bassoon Concerto in Bb, K. 191. The concert also features the Love Scene from Romeo and Juliet by Berlioz and Ravel's Suite No. 2 from Daphnis and Chloe.

Airs Saturday, August 3, at 12 noon. This week on the Cleveland Orchestra we open a new season of broadcasts. Franz Welser-Moest will lead the orchestra in Hindemith's Kammermusik No. 1 and Berlioz's  Symphonie fantastique. Oboist Frank Rosenwein will also be featured in the Oboe Concerto in D by Richard Strauss.
