Young Artists Competition Winner Concert 2015

Repeat Broadcast Friday, November 27, at 12 noon. The results are in and we have the winners of the 2015 Young Artists Competition. We will present them to you this Sunday at 3 p.m. in our Red River Radio Marion & Donald Weiss Performance studio. This will is a live broadcast and a open to all. *** (Seating is limited so please arrive early. Priority seating for parents will be reserved.)***

This Year's Winners Are:

Imani Sarai Francis, Vocalist, age 17 from New Orleans, La., will sing “Music for a While,” by Henry Purcell.

Ronald Rodriguez, Pianist, age 18, from Natchitoches, La., will play “Sonata in C minor, Hob XVI:20;L3,” by Joseph Haydn.

Alese K. Jones, Flutist, age 17 from New Iberia, La., will perform “Fantasie Italienne,” by Eugene Bozza.

Reagan Fitch, Vocalist, age 17 from Nacogdoches, Texas, will sing “Se tu m’ami, se sospiri,” by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi.

Emily Dawn Amos, Organist, age 12 from Alexandria, La., will play “Toccata in B minor,” by Eugène Gigout.

Antonio Ajero, Pianist, age 11 from Nacogdoches, Texas, will perform “Caprice a la Scarlatti” by Ignacy Jan Paderewski.
