iNukeBoom Is One Big Boombox

STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:

And today's last word is one big boom box. Imagine your neighbor has a party and he or she sets up a massive eight foot by four foot speaker that pumps out 10,000 watts of music into the neighborhood – a 700 pound dock for your iPod. It's called the iNook Boom. You almost need a ladder to change the music selection and you can barely see the little iPod connected on top of the speaker.

This is a publicity stunt for the auto equipment company Behringer. And since we're talking about it, the stunt seems to have worked. Hopefully, your neighbors won't have this on their Christmas wish list, given the price tag of the gadget - $30,000.
