Omar Sharriff en Marshall to celebrate its music scene in video <p>The screening of a video Jan. 23 in Marshall, Texas, will explore its music scene past and present and how the city staked the claim of being the Birthplace of Boogie Woogie. The 54-minute video, “A Town Full of Music,” was produced by the Boogie Woogie Birthplace project directors, Jack and Nancy Canson.
